We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Identity & Access Management on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2026.

Change will include:
• Upgrade PingDirectory version from 11.0 to 11.1.
• Update to LDAP backup scripts.
• Updates to CloudWatch alarms.

During the maintenance window there will be an approximately 15-minute outage to SLIP, impacting functions which require authentication, including secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.
