Scheduled - We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Identity & Access Management on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2026.

Change will include:
• Upgrade PingDirectory version from 11.0 to 11.1.
• Update to LDAP backup scripts.
• Updates to CloudWatch alarms.

During the maintenance window there will be an approximately 15-minute outage to SLIP, impacting functions which require authentication, including secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.

From Thursday morning, this layer will be available in the services and URL links will be updated on Data WA.
