Regular Scheduled Maintenance
Sundays between 2.30pm and 7.30pm
Regular system patching will occur between 2.30pm and 7.30pm every 2nd Sunday. System patches require a restart of servers and this can disrupt services for a short period of time during these scheduled maintenance periods. Please do not schedule automated scripts to download data during this timeframe as they may be interrupted.

Scheduled - Additional layers will be added to the Landgate WA Regional Aerial Photography Mosaic Archive (LGATE-333) on Thursday 24th October 2024. The new layers will be available in the service at the completion of the scheduled change.

The additional layers will display regional imagery captured in 1991, 1985, 1983, 1979, 1978, and 1975.

During the change window there will be an outage while the service is stopped and restarted.

Please note the addition of these images will change the WMS layer IDs, however the ESRI REST Service will remain the same. For wms getmap requests please always refer to the GetCapabilities XML for the correct layer IDs.

- Bush Fire Prone Area Planning (OBRM-023)

From Thursday morning, this layer will be available in the services and url links will be updated on Data WA.

For links to the SLIP Public Bush Fire Prone Areas Service please see https://catalogue.data.wa.gov.au/group/slip-public-bush-fire-prone-areas-service from the 24th of October 2024.

Scheduled - We would like to remind WA data users that Main Roads has updated the source URLs for Open Data items due to an upgrade to the ArcGIS Server version.

• For users of the Main Roads Open Data website: There have been no impacts or disruptions to services.
• For users who consume the ArcGIS REST services directly: Please update the URL by replacing ‘mrgis’ with ‘gisservices’. The rest of the URL structure remains identical.

• Example of source URLs:
Old URL: https://mrgis.mainroads.wa.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/OpenData
New URL: https://gisservices.mainroads.wa.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/OpenData

The mrgis services have been discontinued, please ensure your URLs are updated to avoid any disruptions.
