Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Users who register a new account and are approved to join a user group in very quick succession may still experience an issue - please contact CustomerExperience@landgate.wa.gov.au if you are affected.

A more robust solution is being sought from the provider. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with new SLIP accounts joining user groups. If you are having trouble joining your authorised SLIP user group, please contact CustomerExperience@landgate.wa.gov.au.

Please note, existing access permissions are not affected.
