We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to upgrade our SLIP Identity & Access Management on Wednesday 18th 2026.

Change will include:
- Version upgrade from 10.2 to 11.0.
- Removed and updated deprecated packages like Perl, awslogs, cron, yum, mysql, ssmagent etc.
- Added Rsyslog and enabled extra logging for CloudWatch log groups.

During the maintenance window there will be an approximately 15-minute outage to SLIP, impacting functions which require authentication, including secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.

This scheduled maintenance affects: SLIP Data Services (APIs) (Landgate Subscription Services, Landgate Subscription Imagery Services, SLIP Esri Token Services), SLIP Infrastructure (SLIP Authentication), SLIP Maps, and Data Resource Formats (Geospatial Data Snapshots (Data Downloads)).
