We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Identity & Access Management next week, beginning after business hours on Wednesday the 20th of May 2026.
Change will include: • Upgrading the Ping Federate version from 12.3 to 13.0. • Upgrade the EBS volume type from gp2 to gp3 - JIRA DevOps 590 • Updated Java version from corretto 11 to corretto 17
An outage is not expected. However, should users experience any disruption during the maintenance window, impacted functions will be those which require authentication. This includes secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.

This scheduled maintenance affects: SLIP Data Services (APIs) (Landgate Subscription Services, Landgate Subscription Imagery Services, SLIP Esri Token Services), SLIP Infrastructure (ArcGIS Server (Token Authentication)), and Data Resource Formats (Geospatial Data Snapshots (Data Downloads)).
