We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Identity & Access Management this weekend, beginning after business hours on Friday 10th October 2025.

Change will include:
• Modifications to PingFederate, PingAccess, and Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
• Database storage type transition from 'gp2' to 'gp3'.

An outage is not expected. However should users experience any disruption during the maintenance window, impacted functions will be those which require authentication. This includes secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.

This scheduled maintenance affected: SLIP Infrastructure (ArcGIS Server (Basic Authentication)), SLIP Data Services (APIs) (Landgate Subscription Services, Landgate Subscription Imagery Services, SLIP Esri Token Services), and Data Resource Formats (Geospatial Data Snapshots (Data Downloads)).
