This is to assist users applications in identifying images easier via scripts, queries, calls

Changes will add in the name of the Raster. For examples:

During the change window there will be an outage while the services are stopped and restarted to:

- All imagery services, including WMS, WFS, Esri map and Esri token services; and
- All SLIP Maps including Locate and Landinfo WA
