Regular Scheduled Maintenance
Sundays between 2.30pm and 7.30pm
Regular system patching will occur between 2.30pm and 7.30pm every 2nd Sunday. System patches require a restart of servers and this can disrupt services for a short period of time during these scheduled maintenance periods. Please do not schedule automated scripts to download data during this timeframe as they may be interrupted.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating - Users are currently unable to access SLIP Direct Download Links, used for automating downloads. Ad hoc data downloads via a web browser and SLIP web services are not affected and can still be accessed.

Scheduled - We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Data Upload Tool (SLIP Self Service) on Thursday 14th August 2025. Due to the highest volume of uploads occuring overnight, this change is scheduled during business hours.

Change will include:
- Update of components to a pipeline driven deployment process.

Uploads will be paused for approximately 2 hours during the maintenance window, with queued uploads being processed following implementation. The Data Upload Tool web application will also be unavailable during implementation.

Scheduled - Please be advised that the styling of Aquaculture Sites (DPIRD-001) will be updated on Wednesday 13th August 2025. This change includes removing Aquaculture Applications from the style, as they are no longer published externally to DPIRD.

Note: During the republishing process, there will be intermittent outages to the services. Although maps will remain accessible, the services will be temporarily unavailable within the maps until the republishing is complete.

Scheduled - We will be undertaking maintenance to the WA Now imagery service ( this evening, Thursday 7th August 2025.

This maintenance is to correct the displayed default spatial reference of the service from EPSG 3857 to EPSG 7844. Transformation-on-the-fly remains unaffected, however if a misalignment is experienced following the update please check the CRS of your project, and remove/re-add the WA Now service.

During the change window there will be an outage while the service is stopped and restarted.
