Regular system patching will occur between 2.30pm and 7.30pm every 2nd Sunday. System patches require a restart of servers and this can disrupt services for a short period of time during these scheduled maintenance periods. Please do not schedule automated scripts to download data during this timeframe as they may be interrupted.

Landgate Imagery Services | New Layer | Perth Metro Nov 19, 2025 16:45-17:00 AWST

The new Perth Metro Winter 2025 layer will be added to the Landgate Perth Metro Imagery services on Wednesday 19 November 2025. The new layer will be available in the service at the completion of the scheduled change.

During the change window there will be an outage while the service is stopped and restarted.

Please note the addition of these images will change the WMS layer IDs, however the ESRI REST Service will remain the same. For wms getmap requests please always refer to the GetCapabilities XML for the correct layer IDs.

New Dataset | DBCA Incident Mapping - Polygons (DBCA-089) Nov 26, 2025 16:45-17:00 AWST

Please note that the following layer will be added to the SLIP Public Disaster Service on Wednesday 26th November 2025.

• DBCA Incident Mapping - Polygons (DBCA-089)
- This layer is replacing the DBCA Going Bushfires (DBCA-001) layer, which is scheduled for removal on the above date.

From Thursday morning, the layer will be available in the service and URL links will be updated on Data WA.

• State Climate Projections 20km - Max Temperature bias corrected (DWER-144)

Scheduled - We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Data Upload Tool (SLIP Self Service) on Wednesday 5th November 2025.

Change will include:
- The database will be upgraded to the latest version (RDS SQL Server 2016 16.00.4215.2.v1)

Uploads will be impacted during the 2 hour maintenance window. We will be monitoring for failed and queued uploads, to be processed following implementation. The Data Upload Tool web application will also be unavailable during implementation.
