We will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to our SLIP Identity & Access Management on Tuesday 14th May 2024.

Change will include:
• Update of PingDirectory version 8.3 to 10.0.
• Addition of a new Load Balancer.
• Updating CloudFormation template from Json to Yaml.

There will be an outage to SLIP, impacting functions which require authentication, including secured SLIP services, data downloads and account profile management.
